Trek Top Fuel 5 Mountain Bike 2023
Designed to deliver speed on fast, flowing singletrack, the Trek Top Fuel 5 Mountain Bike is a capable all-rounder for cross country and trail use. Both hills and descents alike are handled easily thanks to the geometry and lightweight Aluminium construction, offering sturdy and agile performance.
120mm of plush suspension travel on the front is provided by the RockShox Recon, with its Motion Control damping feature for low-speed compression adjustability controlled with a remote lockout. The back end is an X-Fusion Pro 2 shock that offers a 2-position damper for efficient trail performance. A Straight Shot downtube enhances rigidity on technical terrain, while a Knock-Block headset limits the angle of bar rotation to protect the frame from damage.
The durable and reliable wheelset features a wide rim width to enhance tyre support and traction, and when run tubeless, it eliminates pinch flats at lower pressures. A Shimano 1×12 groupset and hydraulic braking system deliver smooth, hassle-free performance in all weather conditions. The sleek frame profile includes a neatly integrated internal storage compartment for carrying tools and nutrition with you, eliminating the need for an additional frame bag.
