The Bikefit Hex+ Pedal Spacers is designed for riders who have knees that track outside the pedal during the pedal stroke. The 20mm spacer moves the foot out from the crank arm. This helps riders with excessive toes-out, knees out or extra wide feet during the pedal and also helps to alleviate discomfort on the outside of the knee.

These Pedal Spacers are intended for pedals that do not have wrench flats (pedals are attached to the crank arm with a 6 or 8mm Hex Key). Designed with a thru-hole to allow a 6mm Hex Key for attachment.
